Petco — Local services in Caguas

Their Loyalty program is a scam. Everything in the store is significantly marked up. Including their grooming, vaccine sessions, food, toys, collars…. EVERYTHING. They give you points so you think your saving but you are not. Their initial price tags is inflated. Go to any other petshop and compare. They never have collars. On two occasions they failed to have the food they themselves recommended. The rewards points are always applied so you have to manually be checking and following up. There is always a line because cashiers have to do memberships while others have to wait to pay. Save yourself money, time and hassle and visit your local petshop or farm store. The store is nice in general but the store in Caguas, PR the employees are mad lazyyyy. I was looking for a dog gate which online said they had it. So i asked one of the “employees” she said oh go ask that person over there. Ok so i did, she said its in this isle. I said no i checked maybe its in the back.
