Giving 1 star because of the headache I had to deal with today. Usually I don't have any problems with them the reps in the store are very nice if not misinformed. And I get great internet service pretty much everywhere I go. However, God forbid you ever need to make any changes to your account. Every little change I've made I have had problems. For example. I added a line to my account yesterday and paid what Charles told me to pay in store. I asked him if that was all I owed he said yes. Today I had to drive my 9 months pregnant self thirty minutes to their store with no phone and no way of contacting anyone incase i went into labor because all of a sudden I owe $40+. If I buy a couch for $1000 I'm going to be pissed if it gets repossessed because of something they suddenly decide to charge me after the purchase was already completed. The chat representative camila moreno was very rude and just kept trying to get me off of chat not even caring to help me find a solution. Finally ended up going to the store and taking my rage out on poor unsuspecting...

Whenever I go in the Cricket store in Cairo and I have a question about my bill or to pay my bill they always tell me "We don't know, you have to call 611 to find out your bill". This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every time I go in there, the service is always awful. Therefore, I would have to take a 30 minute drive to the Cricket store in Bainbridge. I find the service there spectacular! The manager Ana is always there and always helpful with any thing like my bill or adding a line. Cairo has awful service compared to Bainbridge. If anyone has issues in Cairo's Cricket store, I highly recommend going to the Bainbridge Cricket store for anything. If I could, I would give Cairo's Cricket no...

Don't ever use this service you can do better with 2 cans and a string. They charge you for everything and give you nothing. Customer service is rude,unhelpful and just plain useless. I would rather go without thdn use this service. So please use any other service than cricket save your money and yourself...
