Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cairo

Update: 10-8-25 I want update my previous 1 star review because the new management/ownership deserves accolades for turning this place around and taking pride in their work. The last 3 orders we've placed and received have been perfectly done and well made. The shop is clean, food is ready & on time, and tastes great. I also no longer worry about taking a gamble with my health, if I choose to eat here, as they appear to be following health and safety standards/protocols.

This place has gone downhill a LOT in the last year! From the top down they just don't care at this location. If you own this location, you are literally paying people to drive business away. I watched as 3 paying customers were driven away by the girl behind the counter. She has zero customer service skills. I give her props for showing up to work, when so many won't these days, but seriously, if you're going to make the effort to get out of bed and come to work, then why not do a good job. Also if you're going to make that effort to leave the house for work then get dressed for work. Don't show up in your jammies and slippers. It's not hygenic and totally unprofessional. The other young man working literally walked around in circles the whole time we were there, and this after he just walked away in the middle of taking someone's order. Where are the owners?! Why don't they care about their investment? Seems like it's time for you to set the example and roll up your sleeves. Unless you just don't care about this location as well and can afford for it to be driven into the ground. I visited this location on two separate occasions within a week. Different days of the week, and different times of visit. On both occasions, there were no Hot N' Ready pizzas available.

On the first visit, a group of employees were in the back gossiping and laughing. I asked for 3 Hot N' Ready pizzas ($5 and $6 each) and the guy tried to charge me over $30. It took almost thirty minutes to get the pizzas, while other customers came in and their orders made before mine. The name tags on my three boxes did not even match, only one was actually mine. They were making my order and boxing them, but giving them to the other customers to get them out, but making me wait. This visit was at about 7pm.

On my second visit, again I ordered three Hot N' Ready pizzas, and was made to wait while I watched countless people come in, go to the counter and place an order, receive their order, and leave. Again I received boxes with mismatched names.

I live 20 minutes from town, and this is the closest Little Caesar's, but I have had 2 visits in a row that were unsatisfactory for almost all the same reasons, so I will not be returning to...

Ordered pizza and crazy bread online and the food was done in a decent time frame. Went in to get it and the guy said they were out of stuffed crust so they just put cheese on the crust which hardened and over cooked. I was not given a refund for the difference in price or offered anything else to make up for the inconvenience. The other guy was standing in the back on his phone. The pizza was beyond a thin crust and hardly any pepperoni on it. The bread sticks were way over cooked to the point they were crispy and brown with almost no Parmesan cheese on them. My son had the marinara sauce with his and was up all night in the bathroom throwing up and messing himself. Needless to say we will be avoiding this store and go else where.
