Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cairo

Rude staff & they called the police on me. I came through the drive thru and sat there for a good time the day manager saw me waiting there nobody came and at least tell me they don't take orders through the drive thru. Then I went inside the store and asked why nobody attended me and she said I didn't see you there and apologized but with a rude attitude. Then still with a rude attitude she asked me you want to place an order then I told her never mind because she looked all mad and then another lady came in the conversation and she said I was the rude one and kicked me out of the store. They have real bad customer service. This was my 1st time coming here and I had a bad experience. Then as I was leaving Pizza hut a police pulled me over and gave me a bar notice to never come to that pizza hut again, the manager Jessica lied to them telling them I screamed at them and had unruley behavior. I explained to them what happened and just want to let everyone know my Real bad experience. I know managing fast food places is stressful, but that is NO EXCUSE TO BE SO RUDE AND NASTY! SHE WAS SO HORRIBLE WE WON'T BE BACK (and this was NOT the 1st bad experience with her, but we had chalked it up to the stress of that type of job, we've been there.) NEVER AGAIN!

Pizza Hut of Cairo has gone beyond down hill. The corporate office number is often removed to keep patrons from calling. The salad bar often has brown lettuce and the staff turn customers away as early as 9:15 pm. Store hours located on the doors state closing time is 10:00pm. The service is always lacking except for a certain few waitresses. The staff is often seen interacting and conversing with each other instead of waiting on customers. My experience has never been like this at any other Pizza Hut and I am extremely disappointed. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I know that Pizza Hut of Cairo, GA can be a great place to dine because it has been in the past. I hope that one day it will be again.
