Long post…I’m not prejudice but everyone that I came into contact with were either black or Indian. So me & my family went to Dairy Queen. Told the young lady my order (ordered 4 blizzards) well she only charged us for 2. She already sounded as if she didn’t want to be there. We received the first 2 blizzards. So I’m waiting and the young lady (Indian) asked if I had a second order. Long story short explained the order and she was like you were only charged for 2. I’m like okay I need to order 2 more. She was very nice & understanding until the black female up. Next thing I know the young lady who took the order I guess walked over & repeats the same thing that I was only charged for 2. I’m like okay, I get that but I will pay for the other 2. She starts rolling her eyes at me. Never once did I have an attitude towards the young lady because mistakes happened. Next thing I know some more young females (black/Indian or Hispanic) come over by the window talking about me & laughing. 3rd cashier-black female(she was very nice) comes to the window & repeats the same thing. Again I said I understand but I still need the other 2 blizzards. Explained to her what happened. So I asked for the manager. He comes out & I explained what happened with young lady rolling her eyes and the other cashiers coming up talking & laughing about what I said. He proceeds to tell me that they are young teenagers that don’t think about what they say or do. Not once did he apologize for the bad customer service. That lets me know he’s not going to say anything to them. I will not be going back there again. The sad part is that the young ladies were all black that caught an attitude. Very sad!! I really hate to say what race they were but it’s just sad that these young ladies were behaving like this. Things could have quickly escalated. We have got...
Read moreI've always been a customer of this restaurant for years. Me and my husband have spent so much money, with your establishment. I usually always go through drive through, but just decided to dine inside with my family. I was trying to have a nice enjoyable dinner with my mom, nieces and sister. Earlier today I attended a funeral for losing my cousin and then had to visit hospital because my sister was sick. I could have went anywhere else, to another restaurant, but we chose here. Upon arrival crumbs were all in chairs and I had to take paper napkins to wipe them down myself. Then, my nieces asked for dipping sauces with their meals, so I asked the crew members. Anyone that finds that funny, needs help. And they all just stared, then started laughing. I've never felt this uncomfortable at a restaurant. That's very unprofessional because it makes a customer feel awkward and like they were laughed at. I felt very uncomfortable. This is going to run customers away, if you don't train them right. Who laughs in customers' faces. Staff is very rude and I don't want people serving my food to laugh all over it anyways. But I just paid the $1.00, for condiments and waited till my family finished eating, to leave. Don't know why anyone working at a fast food, will think it's funny to laugh at customers that don't work there. When you need the customers' money, to get a paycheck. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Dairy Queen please do better with staff. And I will be calling corporate 1st thing...

So I work next to a DQ and every 2 weeks I treat myself and I get the same thing every time. When the young lady said my total, I thought it was high. When I got up to the window and I asked her why it was so much, she got a huge attitude and read back my order and asked if I wanted a receipt. Of course, I said yes. Right after she gave me my change and receipt, she hurried with my food. As I drove away I glanced down and saw I was individually charge rather than an meal like I requested with substitute items like cheese curds and a blizzard. I went back to the drive thru and asked what is the charge for substituting a blizzard and she said they are rang up separately. I said thanks and drive off. Now this over charge of $3.00 is per person and it got me thinking about all the other times I've been over charged when I've taken my family of 6 there over the past 16 years. I went on the DQ app and placed the exact same order and it was $3.00 less. Sadly, we won't be eating here anymore and now when I hear people in our small town talk about how DQ has been I've over charging, I can pull up my pictures to confirm it. I'm posting my pictures of my receipt along with how I order on the DQ app. Clearly it shows that a blizzard CAN be substituted for a drink for a...
