"I had a very negative experience at this pharmacy. The customer service was extremely poor and the pharmacist ,Tye, was incredibly rude and abrasive towards an elderly customer. The interaction left the customer very upset and I was shocked by the pharmacist's behavior. The elderly customer had to visit the ER for an injury sustained to his head after being pushed by the Pharmacist, unfortunately a store display blocked a portion of the interaction. See the pic of “not seriously” injured I do not recommend this pharmacy due to the poor treatment of customers, especially the elderly. Pharmacists should be professional and provide respectful customer service, and this was definitely not the case at this pharmacy.

I would advise anyone looking for a pharmacy to choose a different one with better...

I’m going to say the young lady that I spoke to at the pharmacy on November 9, 2022 she was so helpful and I’m a new customer. She answered the phone so politely she never put me on hold I didn’t have to wait she was more than accommodating to help me. I live about 45 minutes away from that pharmacy but that doesn’t matter to me that is my new pharmacy and I’m so excited. Walgreens I’ll be put on hold for 45 minutes then they don’t have them in stock they were tell me we might get them tomorrow one month from now that’s not reassuring to me. Fractured 5th metatarsal, went to seashore drugs for a support shoe, didn't have my size. No big deal, 1 was put on order and told to come back at 12 next day (today) and no shoe.

Explanation- had a problem with ordering, called up store in NC and they didn't have one to transfer.

My issue- I understand things happen. Not mad about that, but someone should have took my information or something to let me know that it wasn't there.

Very bad business practices. I would not return...
