I am skeptical of jewelry stores. The reason: the likelihood their pricing is higher than it should (due to the nature of the product line) seems to be common. That said, the metal band on my favorite Seiko watch was broken and I wanted to get it repaired. Decided to take it to Swierenga. They provided great service, even though I wasn't a prior customer. They worked on my watch immediately and, just a few minutes later, I had my watch back, fully repaired. Here's the kicker.. the bill for the repair was low, much lower than I expected. Swierenga broke through my skepticism regarding jewelry stores and their pricing. Will definitely give them more business...

Swierenga Jewelers brought new life to a beloved family heirloom that I thought was lost forever. A few years after my Dad's passing, I stumbled upon an old bag of his jewelry, including a ring he wore every day.

Sadly, it had become worn after years in storage, not to mention it was oversized. When a chain jewelry store refused to touch it, a friend recommended Swierenga. They assured me they could clean and resize the ring.

Just a week later, the transformation was amazing! The ring now fits perfectly and shines with renewed brilliance, serving as a heartwarming reminder of my Dad.
