Edit to this review...the lack of communication from Maria after the purchase was complete was less than desirable, there was an issue with the billing and we asked her for help with understanding why we were being charged so much, and why certain credits were not showing up. At first she seemed interested in helping resolve these issues, I mean we did just buy brand new galaxy phones so im sure the commission she received was nice. Well, we gave ample time for Maria to contact us back, as she promised to do many times, we had to reach out to her for any updates only to be pushed to the side once again. It finally came to a point where we chalked it up to a 300 dollar loss. We even offered suggestions to help move things along, and here we are still waiting on Maria to respond with any news, good or otherwise...3 months later. Customer service is great until you have an issue they don't want to deal with, then you get pushed to the back of the line and forgotten about . This was the original review... Maria was great! Helped us through the whole process and got us the best deals...

Last Friday me and my girlfriend went up there to upgrade her phone. Not only did William and the new guy get me to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon, but they also stayed 3 hours past closing to make sure me and my girlfriend got everything we needed. They were very polite and even though they were closed, they still treated us as if they were open. They didn’t rush us and answered all of our questions, and trust me, we had a million + 1 questions. I would definitely love for them to get recognized for that. I’ve never had such good customer service in my life, and that’s facts. Thank you, William and the new guy! I’m sorry I can’t remember your name but you were amazing!!!! They picked a good hire...

Pricey And now there ripping me off acouple yrs ago got a I phone for my grandson Christmas gift had the bill deducted from my bank account and then after acouple if yrs without being late ever he went to a different carrier so I went in personally and cancelled the service and now without even being notified I'm In a collection place. Went in & got told I owe 2 payments and a extra 30$ for some kind of shit fees knocked my credit score down 129 points.now they say they can't do anything about it. But I still have to pay for something I cancelled 1 yr ago. Won't ever use there service anymore and I will tell everybody that I know about...
