I have a severe seafood allergy - so since you started having shrimp I had not felt like I should come in. But one of your workers, Niki, told me of all the precautions that had been stressed. So I went for lunch today while Niki was working the line. I told the lady first in the line that I had a severe seafood allergy and what I wanted. She said no problem they could take care of it. She proceeded to wash down the work counter from one end to the other and Niki (who was the 2nd person in line) walked my meal all the way through the line - both of them changed gloves and washed before they started with mine - so everything was fresh cleaned with no possibility for contamination. My lunch was great as usual but knowing that it was safe for me was great. And none of the workers made me feel like I was putting them out at all. They were still fast and efficient too. I was the only person in line, and was completely ignored. 3 workers were standing in a circle talking and two walked past without even addressing me. Time ticks fast while on a 30 minute lunch break, so after 5+ minutes of being ignored I asked a red haired worker if I could get some help (she looked like a manager maybe?). She snapped at me and asked me what I needed help with, I said I need help getting some food. (um, duh?) She said she didn't see me standing there even after she looked my way multiple times.
