New Pharmacist since 12/2021, Rude, lies. I have filed multiple complaints with Michigan Board of Pharmacies. This Pharmacist with held my insulin for 8 days saying they were out of stock, when my neighbor who uses the same type and dosages was able to fill theirs at this store. I'm also still waiting on my testing strips now 3.5 weeks later, this store billed my insurance wrong and outwardly blamed me. How is that my fault? Read moreLately, the Pharmacy has been closed on several occasions I have gone there. Due to no Pharmacist being on staff. Thankfully it hasn't happened for any of my most important rx's yet. Walgreens took over my account from the HealthFirst Pharmacy when they closed down. I have been happy with everything. Untill this has started happening recently. That is However the only problem I have had with them. Walgreens has been less expensive. Also, they recognize me when I come in & are for the most part all friendly. I am a bit of a hassle as I have2 insurances and a lot of medications to refill at once. They are patient here and willing to go the extra mile to do things well. The online portal is easy to use as well and gives good visibility and control over the status of prescriptions being on auto refill or not. I have had difficulties with this in the past with prior online portals, so I'm really glad I switched...
