Not pleased at all! Took a very large deer only got a small box of meat in return. The tenderloins look like they come out of a rabbit they were so small. I had it cubed, ground and loins were supposed to be sliced. Not to mention I had to call them looking for my deer after I dropped it off two weeks ago. They called me a few hours later saying they got it. I’m guessing they lost it and just skimmed off everyone else deer to make one up. I take deer every year to others processors so I have a general idea of what I typically get back. This was my first and last time with this processor. My deer was a large 8pt. The owner will speak to you like a child for asking for a breakdown of charges or if you ask about the quantity of meat you're getting back. They will charge you for the cuts they want to make and not the ones you requested. I specifically wrote to keep most cuts and pieces whole not only to make it easier on them but cheaper on me. I got back mostly ground meat. Of the "49.5"lbs of meat all is ground except 12 lbs .... the owner told me he does over 2k deer a year and has never had a problem with anyone except for me. I wish I read more of the reviews before going here because the one stars are RIGHT! I second the idea that there should be a zero star rating for...

First and last time that I will EVER carry anything here...I took a 100lb 8 pt deer to have it processed..with a sign that says $59.50 to have a deer processed I finished paying at $88 and only got 1 box....1 freakin box of meat from a 100 lb deer...not to mention I was planning on having the deer mounted but when i took it to the taxidermist he told me the head and cape was was rotten because it wasnt keep refrigerated/ froze to keep it from happening.My advice take it somewhere else or doi it yourself or you will be screwed over big...
