Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Calhoun

Every time me or coworkers have ordered from this store it's took 2 hours or more to be delievered. In most cases the pizza is luke warm by the time I get to eat it. But My concerns lays with management. Handing out free pizzas to every customer that didn't get their pizza on time will definitely hurt profit margins. And If you are being overwhelmed every other day by heavy customers, then I believe it's time to add employees. Even if they are only part time or weekend warriors.. any help would benefit this papa johns. Hope to see some improvement with this modeled store.

Example: I ordered a large one topping pizza and a single set of breadsticks. Single order ringing up to a whopping total of 16 dollars and some change. Was briefly told it would take 30-45 minutes. Order was placed at 5:55pm, upon 7 o'clock I called about the whereabouts of my pizza. Was put on hold, and a girl answered about 2 minutes later saying that the wait time was approaching two hours and that my pizza was "lost"... needless to say, I withdrew my order...

The ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the delivery driver was GREAT. Over the past year, my orders from here (15+/-) have been pretty bad, but I keep giving them another try. This time I ordered the “$6 each” special, which included a medium pizza. I ordered it well done with mushrooms on one half & onions on the other half. Well done it was not, but it was definitely better than their “almost raw veggies” norm. The side with mushrooms was decent. The side with onions, however, was TERRIBLE. It was COVERED in onions.. the delivery driver even commented that my order “smells like chili cheese hotdogs”. There were so many onion pieces that it was not edible. I without removing at least half of them. Unfortunately, the onions were cooked into the light cheese & almost impossible to pick off. Needless to say, a good bit of my dinner went in the trash. I hope they step up their skills & start making the pizza that...

When the next delivery is more important than a human life!! Was sitting at the red light by BP on red bud road on my motorcycle and was almost rear-ended by a black SUV driven by a heavy set woman with red hair who is a papa johs delivery driver. When the light changed she road my bumper with inches between us. She flew by and I followed her to the store and went in and spoke with her manager who didn't seem to care that his employe was driving recklessly and putting people in danger. All to rush back to the store to get another delivery. Is this the type of people you hire to work for you? Is delivery more important than the safety of others driving? Don't worry I took a photo of her tag number to post on...
