Teriyaki Chef — Restaurant in Calhoun

Ok, so we just moved here and really wanted great Chinese. We got the Happy Family with fried rice and egg roll. We also got their crab angels and dumplings. The crab angels are more of a desert. All you taste is cream cheese and sugar. There is Zero taste of crab or anything savory. Very disappointing as an appetizer. The dumplings were different. I was expecting pan fried but they deep fry them and the filling is a spinach kind of mixture. I actually liked them. Now the Happy Family was absolutely awful. First off the egg roll was sitting in the juice from the meal. (Left back side of meal where you see the sauce had the eggroll). When I picked the eggroll up it literally fell apart because it was so soaked and mushy. Couldn't even try it. The meat in the Happy meal seems to be boiled because of the consistencyand all the juice. The consistency of the chicken was very strange. The shrimp was OK and the brown meat (steak) was intersting. Now the rice..... yuck. Over cooked and mushy and not fried at all. Literally overcooked white rice with something to make a yellow coloring. Was very tasteless. I would get the pot stickers again for sure but nothing else. We ordered a to-go order and asked for two drinks to hold us over while we waited on our food to be made and we did not receive the drinks until the food was already prepared and bagged. There was also a confusion on who was going to take our order. We were passed back and forth between three different people before I order was taken. Two others came in after us and ordered a to go order with drinks and got their drinks right away. We waited for a good while before getting our food. Once we got home with our food our expectations were not quite met. The beef on the beef and broccoli seem to be overcooked and the broccoli seem to be undercooked. The eggrolls were extra crispy. We only ordered one type of rice but got two different types. The second type was really dry. The noodles were good. And the sweet and sour chicken was not only really small pieces but also cold. Called for delivery.....3 hour window..decided to place order and go pick up in nasty weather...picked up order $50 worth and drove back home.....wife..got her meal...kids got their meal...moron who placed order with the rudest staff ever...did not get his meal..being me the moron....called the rude restaurant and they offered 10% off my next meal when I visit....did you hear I still never got my dinner I was charged for? Family is eating...minus me while on the phone being offered free sauces and 10% off next meal....What about this meal..my meal I paid for but did not recieve tonight?...WAS HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES...ASKEd FOR THE RUDE EMPLOYEES NAME AND was TOLD....DONT WORRY ABOUT IT..."CLICK" WENT THE PHONE.....OH....ALSO THEY DID NOT EVEN PUT THE SWEzt SAUCE IN THE BAGS FOR THE SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN OR EGG ROLLS!....This is Teryaki Chefs...
