I visited the store on July 14 with a friend and encountered some misunderstanding of not recieving my receipt for my purchase due to the store being busy. As soon as I left out the store and went home I then discovered that it was a censor on the shirt. I then called up to the store to let the manager know i would bring the shirt back up there to take the censor off. I went back up to the store on July 16 to ask the older lady who helped me to take the censor off the shirt and she proceeded to the counter to help. I then went around the store to shop because I was frustrated that I had to come all the way back to the store due to her not paying attention to the censor on my shirt. To sum it all up I had a bad experience as a customer having to come back and I will not be coming back to this...

When I walk in 2 staff members are right at the front as I walk in Iām expecting to be greeted but oh no they were engaged in a conversation about how much lemon pepper they use. I spoke and neither one responded, as I go through the store passing the register another associate at the register says nothing. The best thing about this store was the music yes only the music, staff needs customer service training. As Iām exiting the store one of the ladies from the lemon pepper conversation says ādidnāt find anything?ā I just ignored her as she did when I walked into the store. Each time I visit this store, she immediately pressures customers to sign up for an Ashley Stewart credit card, which makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Instead of offering genuine assistance with shopping, she focuses almost entirely on upselling and pushing credit card applications. On one visit, she even accused me of taking a complimentary snack that was offered to customers, which was both embarrassing and inappropriate.
Unfortunately, her behavior creates a very unpleasant and unwelcoming environment whenever I shop at...
