I would normally not do this! But I feel very compelled to do so! I’m just hoping the owner would read this and take some type of action to improve the salesmanship quality of his or her store! I just left about 5 minutes ago, I came in asking about a box spring and the young man who was talking to me, rushed through a sells pitch on me telling me stuff about I can take it today just rushing I couldn’t get a word in edgewise! Because he was trying to sell to another young lady and me at the same time! All I said was excuse me do you all sell box springs only? And he went ballistic! I was so confused as in to what was going on! Finally I ask do you deliver he said to where? I said down the street! Actually two blocks away he said yeah for 45 extra dollars! Then he said I’ll do it for 30! And rushed me off! I guess I didn’t look like I had money to shop there so he made me feel completely unimportant! I ordered a fireplace. The first one I was received had a crack in it so they to it back. The second one I received almost a month later was the wrong one. Then they tell me well my original order is a old model. Then I said if it’s old why is it still advertised on the floor.. well I finally got a black fireplace but the delivery driver told me I supposed to get a remote. So a day or two later I went to the store and got a remote. The sale lady manager or what just gave me a remote off some random fireplace in the store. I get home the remote doesn’t work. I called the store and tell her the problem she then says it’s a universal remote. I then said back what it is it does not work to my fireplace. I haven’t been able to turn the heat on to the fireplace and I haven’t heard nothing back from the store about the remote and no one has answered my call from store . So I will be heading there to.
