Subway — Restaurant in Calumet Township

So on 12/13/21 I did an online order I made order around 3 going on 4 order was confirmed as ready at 4:10 which it was not unhappy I waited until they found out what happen to my order. In which a lady older in lobby came up to me saying ur order isn't here u didn't order with us I would've known I would have made sandwiches I'm telling her I did she was a little loud even thought I'm the one that should be upset she gets to the back and realize she remove my online order ticket and didn't even make my order went to the extreme to let let everybody know she wasn't gonna make my order bc she was suppose to been gone at 4 but since her coworker was late 10 mins it isn't her problem so the man had to make my stuff while I was there and as he made my sandwiches the table he used wasn't ready for his shift at all he kept saying how sorry he was bc he had to keep running for things that last shift was suppose to have ready unfortunately everything was nasty all veggies was frozen oh and she realized she was still on the clock while she was doing all that I'm not suppose to be here getting paid to wait for a ride when she should have got that table ready I know somebody looking for a job if u need some new employees really wild she would act like that at her age while the younger staff was nice I threw my sandwich away tooo much mayo he...

Bad enough my wife and I have to give our order threw glass.....they have a guy making our sandwiches who doesn't comprehend English well. My wife just repeated herself at least 8 times while he stared at her and asked the same questions over and over. After she attempted to place my order he ignored everything she said, looked at me and said "anything for you sir?". There's a Burger King , taco Bell, McDonald's, and Denny's down the street. I have options subway. Get it together.

Edit- so after the guy asked me "anything else bruh"after every sentence as I was telling him what I wanted on my sandwich.....we get to the last part, putting mayo on the sandwich. The guy was clearly out of mayo before he made my wife's sandwich and had to beat the bottle againstthe counter several times. When I asked for Mayo he grabbed two other bottles that should have been filled and took turns bearing all three against the counter and slowly put mayo on my sandwich. We were there about 30 mins total. It took about 5 mins just to get mayo on my sandwich. I'm gonna go explore my options at the other fast food restaurants. Never going back...

Usually when we come, we're served by two gentlemen who are very respectful and knowledgeable. Today, we were BARELY greeted by two females( one of which was sitting on the counter talking on the phone), the other you can tell was new and trying her best. The one on the phone finally asked her if she need help but neither one of them knew what they were doing. The girl on the phone was about to make my bfs sandwich without even cooking the bacon. The biggest problem was the way they spoke to people. She spoke to us with such disrespect when we tried to make a complaint the only other person behind the counter kept acting like he couldn't hear us. Then another girl walked back, we thought she was the manager but she was just there to make her bf food. We told her about the terrible customer service and all she said was "well they're still in training" . Being in training doesn't give the go ahead to talk to customers the way she was. No excuses.
