This is a large and wonderful trail system, both winter and summer. Trails extend for miles and run all levels of difficulty from true beginner up to moderately advanced. Nothing here is a double-black-diamond but there are fairly challenging single diamonds along with a great range of intermediate and easy options.
In winter, nearly all trails are limited to specific uses, with dedicated ski, fatbike, and snowshoe trails separate from each other. There is a small set of trails off a separate trailhead which is multi-use in winter.
In summer, all trails are multi-use, so keep your bike speed reasonable, or keep your head up if you're walking. That said, few walkers go on the blue and black singletrack trails, which have about 99% bike use.
All trails are 2-way in summer. Most ski trails are 1-way but not all, especially the wide "Valley Trail," so pay attention to signs.
There is also a good winter fatbike series of trails, which is mostly different from the summer MTB trails. These are a solid blue but a good option.
There is a modest but useful chalet for restrooms, changing and warming up.

The trails, like I said, are old school with all the fun of rocks and roots. So where it may not be a climbing workout, the roughness will put you and your suspension...
Read moreVery nice bike trails. Lots of enjoyable ins/outs. But the Township definitely needs to spend on trail maintenance and markings. Thankfully someone dropped some homemade trail markers made from plastic and a Sharpie at various points. Very confusing between ski and bike trail markings. Having a map didn't help much either. Pay close attention to your starting point and at trail...
