Subway — Restaurant in Calumet Township

Gave the Calumet location three chances. The first time, the two young men were in over their head. I was told "that it would be awhile" before they could help me. Too many online orders. The second day, everything was fine. Fresh gloves, helpful attitude. Yesterday, I was given a hard time for my order (i have a life-threatening food allergy, I advise staff at the beginning of the order, or try to, I'm usually ignored or interrupted), but it was prepared properly, albeit grudgingly. Today, i was again ridiculed for my order, repeated requests to change gloves went unheard/ignored. Food was made to my request, again, begrudgingly, mockingly. I will not be back. Poor service! My girlfriend and I went there about 15 mins after opening time to find the doors locked. We made eye contact with a long haired worker who then proceeded to run to the back. We've all had rough mornings before, so we figured we'd go for a walk in Swedetown then come back. If you want a sloppy cold sub and to waste your money when you specify you want the meat on your sub HOT this is your place! Multiple times now I’ve requested the meat be heated up twice (prior to toasting and during toasting) it never gets done and I always end up throwing the rest of my sub away, pretty sure the staff just doesn’t care enough to actually read through their online orders and notes on the order.
