Great workout environment!
This place provides an excellent resource for anyones health, wellness, & fitness lifestyle.
Whether working out is you're regular goto lifestyle or if you're in need of some form of physical rehabilitation from a health problem this gym has what you need.
Their weekly hours of operation are so extensive that they'll easily complement anyones personal or work schedule.
They have all the freeweights and workout machine equipment you're looking for to help you exercise/train every body part.
They've done a great job at choosing their staff too.
The concept of "Excellent Attitude" is almost an understatement when comes to describing them. Their people are always professional, upbeat, and very encouraging.
"Big props to Adrian, Toni, & Pablo for your exemplary performance of this!"
Something that's majorly important to any gym goer is cleanliness.
Well they're always cleaning. And they display an obvious sense of pride on their part doing it too, because you'll always see these guys wiping done the equipment and keeping their gym germ free.
"Major kudos guys for always being on top of that that for us Planet Fitness goers!
This location offers massage chairs and hydro beds to help you relax after an intense workout or if you just need to destress from a rough day at work.
Then, to help bring back that youthful glow to your skin for those with a busy lifestyle they also have several tanning rooms.
They even have the new age Red light booth therapy to help with your skins rejuvenation.
Ofcourse they have the typical his & hers lockerrooms with shower facilities. So you can store your gear and clean up as needed.
No, there's not a pool nor a jacuzzi but with all those other features and amenities in place this gym still gets an "A+" rating in my opinion.
Last, from my experience going here I have found my fellow gym goers at this location have been both curtious and sharing. And everyone seems to be focused and friendly.
I hope this helps with your decision making process when choosing your workout center here in Camarillo California. I'm sure you to will both benefit from going here and have a great time staying in shape.
Hope to see you their and have a great...

An old creepy dude was staring and following my female friend around the gym, just sitting on equipment and not even exercising (every gym has them), she notified me that she felt uncomfortable so I began staring at him until he noticed me and said "I'm not staring at her" ... I said "lol, OK, please go away then, you're making her uncomfortable, go away" and went back to my workout. Apparently the old man got paranoid and went up to the front desk and said she shouldn't be dressed like that and tried to say I threatened him. My friend has never had a planet fitness employee comment on her outfit and if it was an issue, the managers at over 7 planet fitness locations that we've been to in several states must not know how to properly train their employees to identify what outfits are acceptable. Anyway... it's pretty obvious that he went up to managment first because he was afraid of getting in trouble. I wasn't even going to say anything to managment because the situation was already handled. The manager, Crystal, defended him because he's "quiet" and "been a member here for awhile". The old man then grabbed my arm, in front of the manager and he said "look at my hair, I'm 70 years old" ... I said "don't touch me, I didn't touch you, did I?" And the manager said "I don't appreciate the way you're talking to him" ... I got her name, bit my tongue and walked out the door.
We all know Planet Fitness sucks, but when managment doesn't address these problems appropriately, it creates an uncomfortable environment ... so much for No Judgement Zone.
Skip this location, worth the drive to a...
Read moreI only enjoy this gym late at night after all the weirdos and low-class people have left. I took some time off from working out only to return to some odd behavior by people in this place. The $10 a month gets you the people who can only afford that.... so you aren't working out with top-notch folk. Instead you will find things like people using the locker room as their bedroom (blasting music on a Bluetooth speaker, taking up the benches with ALL of their belongings, etc.). I mean, no gymtimidation but this sort of behavior that makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable in the locker room is okay? You will also encounter snotty young women who think that own the machines. That was my experience today. Two friends were taking up 4 machines in some sort of rotation, so I hopped on one which REALLY upset them. They proceeded to spend the next five minutes talking rudely about me not realizing that even though I had earbuds in there was no music playing and I could hear them. After bashing me for five minutes they went on to do something else and didnt even bother to clean their sweat off of the 3 other machines they were using. Again...people using the place like its theirs and they own it. This made me uncomfortable and feel bad about myself. I find this to be VERY intimidating behavior.... What it comes down to in the end is this is a low-end facility with low-end prices that attracts low-end people. I feel way more comfortable at LA Fitness. The staff should post signs and work to improve this sort of behavior from people. I'm...
