Panda Express — Restaurant in Camarillo

New review: This place closes at 9:30 pm. I got there around 9pm. They were out of everything. I wanted to order 3 big plates for 3 individuals. I told them that they can make 2 meat dishes with chow mein and they can double on the items. Food was overcooked, almost burned. Too bad I didn't check it there. By the time I came home and started eating, the restaurant was closed. I couldn't eat more than 10% of what was ordered. I took the food back the next day. Manager and shift leader saw the food, acknowledged that it was burned and that it shouldn't have been given like that to a customer. They replaced the food. They were nice enough not to charge me anytime extra. No regard for the time loss and the fact that I couldn't eat the dinner for the time it was ordered for. Past review: This location of Panda Express was OK. Their other Camarillo location is better. There are certain entrees which they run out fast, and I don't mind waiting a bit, but this store took a long time, about 20 mins,...

This location has gone down hill. Food isn't as fresh, sometimes over cooked and the worst part was the night I'm about to write about, the food tasted like a weird sour taste. The workers seems very disorganized, and looks like there is a lack of communication.

The manager Anna was very rude to me. Previously I had ordered a 3 item combo and they gave me the wrong box with shrimp and I don't eat fish. I'm actually allergic !! I called and Kevin the manager was very nice, he said I could come back in at a later time at my convenience and pick up the right order on the house. Unfortunately I had to be gone due to the military for a bit. When I came back, I had the receipt in hand and managers name written on it. Anna did not honor it. She said that Kevin wasn't there any longer. It was pretty embarrassing and honestly not fair to do that to me. Especially when I had the receipt and knew his name and everything. She...

I wouldn’t even give it a star. First of all I’m not from Camarillo and I am driving around in circles (at night) looking for the place I keep driving around looking for the big red sign then realizing I can’t find it because neither the front or back signs of the store are not lit. I ordered an online order my food was on a shelf they had behind the register so my food was cold.( there was literally no customers in the store why couldn’t they leave it on the hot counter to stay warm??) I used to work at panda and I was taught never to just serve the last of the choppy pieces of chow Mein we would mix it wit the newly made chow mein. What I was given tonight was prob the last of chow mein in the bowl it was little tiny chopped up pieces and mainly big pieces of cabbage not only that my chow mein tasted burnt.
