Plaza Catering — Local services in Cambridge

This review is long overdue. I have been working with Plaza Catering for about 3 years for various company events, and they consistently exceed my expectations. The quality of their food is exceptional, they are always on time or early with deliveries, and they respond to all of my questions quickly! What stands out most is their attention to detail: they do an excellent job of accommodating dietary restrictions/allergies, label all food clearly, and they are thoughtful in that they print out menus for us and always bring plenty of plates, serving utensils, and whatever other supplies we may need. For a large office event a couple of months ago, we had on-site attendants assist with setup and passing hors d'oeuvres, and every member of their team was professional, upbeat, and proactive in anticipating our needs. It was great knowing that I had an exceptional team supporting me and that I didn't need to worry about anything going wrong. Andrea even went above and beyond by visiting our office a week prior to the event to review setup and offer delicious samples of menu items we hadn’t tried before. Whenever I need reliable, high-quality catering, Plaza is always my first choice....

We recently hired Plaza Catering for an onsite event at our Boston office location for 70 employees. The staff arrived early and prepared. They were friendly and professional, set up with ease, asked for what they needed, and checked in regularly. All were great, though Natalie in particular, was a terrific leader of the group and interfaced with us regularly to answer our many questions and provide an excellent experience. I didn't catch the name of the woman who tended bar for us, but she remembered faces and drinks like the best of them. The whole team broke down and cleaned up in record time....

I worked with Plaza for a catering order recently and had such a great experience. I'm not based in the Boston area, so it was such a relief getting their guidance on an order that would work well for our meeting. Andrea and team were so helpful and accommodating when we needed to make updates, even helping to troubleshoot with Seamless while I was traveling.
