Discovery Café might be easily overlooked as just another catering spot in the neighborhood, but it's a good spot for an early breakfast and quick bites. I recently stumbled upon this quaint café while passing through the area and decided to give it a try.

I tried their breakfast bowl and sausage, egg & cheese sandwich, and both were solid. The breakfast bowl was a hearty combination of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and home fries, and it was like what you would get at typical diners. On the other hand, the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich, initially didn't look that appetizing. While it could benefit from a dash of condiments, it was nonetheless a decent option.

Discovery Cafe is a great local place to stop in and get some coffee or lunch. Their coffee flavors and ways to spice up their iced coffee preparation has definitely been evolving over the last several years. Now they have syrups, dairy free milks, and various coffee flavors to work with which they didn’t before. They have a large selection of grab and go stuff like pastries, bagels, danishes, muffins, chips/granola bars. But also if you want lunch at 9am, they got also have many options. They can make you any of their “specialty” menu sandwiches or you can just ask them to make your own with the ingredients they have on hand. This is the second discovery Cafe I have visited, this one being around for about 2 years now. The people themselves were friendly at relatively attentive but the actual service there is really unorganized and chaotic. They had to go in the back for me to get Ice for some iced coffee and proceeded to get the coffee out of a fridge despite it being seemingly a self-service station?
