The receptionist and the optometrist were fantastic. The ladies you order and receive your glasses from, not so much. I ordered a pair of replacement lenses for my old frames as well as a new pair of frames and lenses. I was over charged for the replacement lenses and had to go back in to have it corrected almost $60. 2 weeks later I received a text that my glasses were ready for pick up. Got there and received my old frames and new lenses but the new frames and lenses weren’t in yet. Ok no problem. A week later I received a text saying my glasses were ready for pick up. I went in and the glasses were really blurry. I told the lady that they were blurry and she tried to dismiss me as it being because they were different glasses. I then told her, no that can’t be it because they are REALLY blurry. She seemed irritated as she snatched my glasses and walked off. She comes back a few minutes later asking me if I remember my prescription. I told her I wasn’t sure and she said she thinks they made an error when they inputted the order. The left lens was 0.25 and the right was 2.25 but she would have to verify with the doctor. Ok, no problem, human error happens to us all. The next week I get a text saying my glasses are in. So I went back to pick them up. Turns out they had never changed it in the computer system and my glasses weren’t there nor had they been shipped back out the be fixed. At this point I’m then treated like I’m being unreasonable because “they had to check with the doctor before sending them out” when all I said was. It would have been nice not to receive another text for the same pair when I had already been there. Guess it takes over a week to check my prescription. So fast forward 2 weeks. I get another text that my glasses are in. So again I drive to Camden to pick them up. I finally got my glasses, they were the right prescription but they literally handed them to me and walked away. Didn’t ask if I needed an adjustment or nothing. So I had to ask for one. I wasn’t given a glasses care kit or nothing. I spent almost $600 on top of my insurance for my lenses and for a new complete pair. Next time I will definitely drive the hour away from my house to a different optometrist instead of the 20 minutes to see them again. I wasn’t gonna complain and instead just go to the different place next time but then I thought. Why should I allow someone else to receive such...
Read moreeye care at this office is excellent. after recently visiting the office ,i noticed a large sign on the front door stating masks were required due to the covid 19 pandemic. after entering , noticed several employees "not wearing masks". after bring this to their attention ,my wife and i both received a letter stating that they would no longer provide service to us. i would think that especially being in the medical profession, they would realize the severity of this terrible virus and at least abide by their own sign and "all" wear a mask especially when there is a county wide "mask mandate" . so now after dealing with their defiance of their own sign, we both have to find new...
Read moreI have been dealing with an eye issue for 6 yrs, that no one would take seriously. Glasses are not working. I went to Dr. Reynoldson, for the first time, expecting the same in & out, glasses should work just fine, see you in a year. That was far from the case. She and her staff, from the front desk to the back, were kind and patient. The front desk was very polite despite me having issues with my insurance information. Dr. Reynoldson and her back staff listened, dug further by questioning each symptom I was telling them about and then following with testing. Dr. Reynoldson found the issue and now we know why glasses don’t work. I can not express how impressed I...
