Well my EIGHTY FIVE!! Year old grandmother has been recovering from a nasty virus and had to have rehab care, shes calls my dad at 230 this morning in pain and in tears. They won't give her her meds. Her oxys are every 8 hours (meaning she would be getting one on each shift) her morphines are every four (meaning she should get two every shift) and her gabapentin is every six, not hard to do when you are SUPPOSED to do checks AT LEAST every two hours. Well since she's been there (almost a week!) They haven't given the night shift orders to give her her meds!!! So she's not getting them on time. She's not getting ANY meds for over 8hours at a time! They gave her gabapentin at 5p yesterday and then again at 9pm so that she had all her doses before nights came in. She CANNOT got without her meds because of the nerve damage from POLIO!! And the director ok'd for her meds to be given at these times instead of how prescribed. So my dad had to go PICK HER UP at THREE AM! And they are now waiting in a spot at Paris to open up. I'm LIVID. Pure laziness and neglect! I WANT THE DIRECTOR OF NURSING TO CALL ME BACK SO I CAN CALL HER EVERY NAME...

The office staff, social worker, nurses, physical therapy staff, doctor, nurses aides and housekeeping staff treated her with great respect, compassion and empathy, and they were all very attentive to her needs which were many. I was allowed to visit her daily, and they were very diligent with regard to the Covid-19 screening in an effort to keep everyone safe. Thank you for making a difficult situation the best that...

(37 years) I have dealt with a lot of nursing homes, hospitals, etc. About 7 years ago, I found out about Camden Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Camden, Tn and made arrangements to have him transferred there from Nashville hospital. I am 100% pleased with the care, Mark Walker and his staff provide for my son, Lee loves living there and neither he or I have the first complaint. When COVID hit, I told Lee, I would make arrangements to bring him home, he replied “Daddy, I am home “. It’s a tremendous burden off of myself knowing he is being adequately cared for and is happy. Thanks to...
