Cathedral Kitchen — Local services in Camden

When I was homeless, this was the place to go and have dinner. They teach culinary arts here ans feed the homeless and those needing a meal. I will from time to time go visit the friends I have made, eat and volunteer there as a way to give back to those who helped me or just plain have a good meal. The menu had barbaqued chichen/spareribs broclley, mac and cheese with a dinner biscuet. Quality and quantity, as always was over the top all served in a cllean, neat and new establishment. GREAT PLACE TO EAT.THE COOKS ARE CURTIOUS AND INVITING.THE FOOD WELL PREPAIRED,VERY GOOD DEPENDING ON WHAT DAY YOU GO THE MEALS ARE BETTER THAN OTHERS,BUT OVER ALL WEATHER YOU DOWN ON YOUR LUCK OR JUST WANT SOME PLACE TO EAT WITH OTHERS IT'S GREAT.THE BEST THING OF ALL IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A COOK YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR THEIR COOK PROGRAM IN WHICH YOU CAN EARN A SAFE SEAL DEGREE AND GET A COOKING JOB ALL MOST ANY WHERE,THATS RIGHT YOU'LL BE TRAINED AND MOVE ON WITH A NUMBER OF DISHES UNDER YOUR VERY OWN CHEFS BELT..WONDERFUL ADDITION..CHECK THEM OUT ITS WORTH IT...

GOD Jesus bless all of you volunteers, staff and management. I’m so grateful for your help, Monday through Friday, 3:30-5. Saturday 12-1 are wonderful hours of operation and I’m sorry to the people who have a problem with this timeframe. Your food and personal products are wonderful and much more than I expected!! A hot meal along with snacks, water and 5 bagged sandwiches is such a blessing. Socks and boxers for everybody along with personal products is a wonderful thing.
