I give them NO STARS!!!! You would think that the neighborhood appliance store would treat their neighbors well. Will not do business here ever. I bought a used dryer for an emergency purpose. Firstly they charged me for delivery and was never delivered, I had to go and pick it up myself. Then, when got home, connected it and it turned on but the tumbler was not turning. Come to find out after hours of searching for the drive belt that was missing, also it was missing the pulley that puts tension on the drive belt. Called them that Saturday no answer, spent all day Monday calling, and no answer. Finally, left work early and confronted them just to tell me the dryer was working fine when they gave it to me. REALLY!!!!! I finally got it working with the old parts of my old dryer that died on me. If I was you find other places to go. Bad service, once the product is in your home they give you 3 month's warranty but you can't contact anyone since they don't answer the phone. Bad...

My fridge went & I was afraid of all my food going bad. I came here and Emily helped me find the perfect fridge within my budget & it was MUCH nice than my original fridge. They said it wouldn’t be delivered until the following day but I explain I can’t afford for all my food to go bad & she made it work for me to have it delivered same day! She was very patient & kind. Awesome customer service!

Back with an update one year later … my fridge literally fell apart over time. I’m thinking they refurbished it just enough to get it sold. Now I’m shopping...

I brought a refrigerator from them and gave up an extra $50 for delivery to get the same day. Got the refrigerator and it was no good. All my food got rotten. I’m asking them to pay me back for my food. I have 5 children at home to feed. They won’t do so. DO NOT GO HERE ! They will get over on you. Below is 2 pictures of SOME of my food. They had the nerve to tell me street credit would be half and want to pay me $70 back for my food. Who the hell is $70 feeding with the price...
