The food is surprisingly good even though the grounds look shabby. The food is always fresh and the best thing is that it doesn't have that strange fishy Chinese food smell. The lady that runs this place seems to be a class act and knows what she is doing. Shady characters hang around the place but they are largely harmless, I think there is a short of junta that the owner lady pays for protection so customers never get harassed. I once saw them throw out a trouble maker by the seat...

Def my favorite Chinese spot to get delivery, or pickup. Never have to wait long when you put your order in. I like the fact that I can trust the delivery drivers enough to let my younger son to answer the door when we order delivery.

PS EVERYONE WHO ORDERS DELIVERY, SHOW THE DELIVERY DRIVER SOME LOVE AND TIP THEM! I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE THAT THEY DON'T MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS MANY...
