My car broke down at the busy intersection right next to AutoZone. A kind soul saw me stranded and pushed my car to the AutoZone parking lot. Another kind soul at AutoZone named Derrick helped me diagnose the problem and help me take the next steps. I was very stressed out, but Derrick found out the alternator needed replaced. He was very helpful in the process of me replacing it. The main issue turned out to be bigger than just the alternator, so he referred me to a reliable local mechanic to have my car towed to (Dependable Auto). Great experience all around!
