My car broke down at the busy intersection right next to AutoZone. A kind soul saw me stranded and pushed my car to the AutoZone parking lot. Another kind soul at AutoZone named Derrick helped me diagnose the problem and help me take the next steps. I was very stressed out, but Derrick found out the alternator needed replaced. He was very helpful in the process of me replacing it. The main issue turned out to be bigger than just the alternator, so he referred me to a reliable local mechanic to have my car towed to (Dependable Auto). Great experience all around! Autozone is a joke. Your return policy clearly states that you have 90 days to return an unopened item. FALSE!!! I was denied today becsuse of TRE. IVE NEVER RETURNED ANYTHING TO YOUR STORE. No stars. I can say more but in person is how i like it

5-23-21 Well even thoughyour policy is 90 days. I just wanted to update that i did locate my reciept. Im still not quite sure why i didnt get atleast store credit rather than feeling like i did something wrong . So i guess this goes on my shopping record. I had my wife go get our battery swapped at the Camdenton Autozone because I work 60 hours a week and don’t have time to do it myself. One hour after she leaves, my vehicle is broke down on the side of the road and I have to have it towed home.
