Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Camdenton

Literally, EVERY part of our order was wrong outside of the cheese pizza.

We order from this location almost weekly and normally everything is very good. Our experience began last night when I was VERY disappointed to see that medium pizzas are no longer available on the $6.99 value menu. So my order, which is usually around $40 was now $60! Also, I found out on my last order that you are no longer offering the garlic butter crust flavor on the pizzas - not good. This is one of our favorite parts!

After placing the order, the estimated time was 6:00 pm. We waited in the line at the pickup window for quite a while and when it was our turn, the order was not ready. At 6:25 pm we finally received the order. It was very busy and we understood and made no complaint about the wait time.

Upon driving away, we noticed that the 2 liter of soda was not given to us, so we turned around and went back. They gave us two-2 liters to make up for it. That was a kind gesture.

When we got home, the order was completely wrong. As I said, the cheese pizza was correct, but the other two pizzas had all of the wrong toppings and the cheesy bread sticks had NO marinara. Our bacon/onion/garlic sauce pizza was onion/sausage/mushroom and the sausage/onion/mushroom was just sausage/bacon and very little sauce.

We keep coming back to this location because of the value and convenience. The food is generally good and the staff is helpful and polite. However, if your prices go up and you offer fewer values and options, we would probably lose interest in your product rather quickly (there is a Domino's opening less than a mile from this location).

Kids are picky, and when they don't get what they want on their pizzas it makes for a very negative dining experience. As the adults, we cannot afford to eat out a lot so we value your deals, consistency, and convenience. But, if those things go away, we will be forced to as well.

Very disappointed in carry out order today. Pizzas lacked adequate ingredients. Appeared to be no sauce on 2 pizzas. Several spots on pizza were bare. Void of any sauce, cheese or ingredients. In some spots 3 inches from edge were bare. Ingredients were wrong on 2 of the 3 pizzas. Absolutely the worst pizza I have had at this location or anywhere. Last two times here were not great, barely average but this last visit is it. Strongly suggest you spend a few more dollars and get something good at Imo's. Don't waste your time here at this pizza hut. You can get a frozen pizza at Walmart that will taste better than what we received today. What a waste. Threw out more than half. If I did not live more than 30 minutes away I would have returned it asking for a refund. This is the last time for me at this pizza hut. Apparently owner doesn't mind losing customers as I have now read many comments by others and there appears to be a definite quality control problem here. If you take your chances, will be interested to see...

Ignored from the moment we walked in, we finally were talked to by somebody 30 minutes after sitting down. We gave up waiting on menus after the 15 minute mark, and decided to just eat from the buffet. When going to ask about drinks, forks, and plates, I was walked past so an employee could hug another customer. 30 minutes in, we were finally asked what we were drinking, and waited another 7 minutes for the drinks to be brought out, after going to speak to a table and conversate with them about what the latest was. An hour in, we finally gave up on being talked to, again, as we weren’t as important as the realtor group, or friends that were receiving all the attention. The evening shift is way different, they speak to you as soon as you walk in the door, and ask if you need a menu. It’s like my family and I were an inconvenience to them being able to handle the 2 other tables in...
