Good morning. There's so much good to say about the restaurant that I don't know where to start. First, I had attended the restaurant when the previous owner was there, and unfortunately all I could say about that would be several bad things. I had not been back in a very long time. One day I just happened to try it again, and I was surprised and delighted that the restaurant has new ownership. So I thought cool I'll give it a try. I had a great experience. I have been busy with schedule and not in for a long time but stopped in a second time last week. I'm overwhelmed with respect and appreciation for the new ownership and staff. It's really night and day difference from the previous staff. As soon as I walked in the door, I stopped and looked around. It immediately caught my attention the new tables and clean restaurant and the tvs were not blaring loud like the previous owner had. I have an ears injury and got tired of always having to ask for the tvs to be turned down under previous mgmnt so I could walk in the door. Previous mgmnt used to babysit their kid there screaming and being disruptive, I felt sorry for the kid being uncomfortable sitting at work with their parent, it was unsettling. New tables, clean restaurant, and when I approached the counter to order, I was greeted by Aaron who had an eagerness to serve customers, a smile, and a good attitude. The new owner is excellent. He listens the first time, he immediately cooks peoples orders, he is attentive to the restaurant and everything that's going on, he is present to what is going on, I have seen him wait tables, sweep and clean if his other staff are busy. They all work together there and are a team and the new owner is an excellent leader. They all are friendly and approachable. So much good to say I havent even gotten to the food yet. The price is a few dollars lower than it should be for a buffet is $11.80. The salad bar is clean and kept full. They will make you any pizza you want for the buffet if its not already a full buffet. They have clean tables with parmesan peppers salt and pepper on the tables. Napkins are on the buffet and silverware is out. They have tasty fried ravioli and homemade sauce kept hot. Finally the pizza really tastes good. Theres enough toppings without being too much. The right amount of cheese. The sauce is not spicy, its sweet but not too sweet. They have several other menu items as well, subs, spaghetti, lasagna, appetizers etc. I stopped in last week for lunch and to rest from my stress from the week, and with the conversation and laughs good food and simple relaxing environment, I left feeling full, and refreshed and destressed. Theres no chaos there. Just a simple good restaurant with good people. I had stopped going when everything was horrible under the previous mgmnt. I had no idea they had new mgmnt and staff or I would have tried it again sooner. So happy to be back. I drive 30 mins to eat there when I dont have the extra hour. It is worth the drive. Its not just good food, its an experience. The only 2 recommendations i can say is the hours open sign is hard to read for older people and I would recommend advertising everywhere its under new mgmnt and staff. Previously i had to ask for napkins, silverware, parm cheese, ravioli, every time. I always walked around the screaming chaotic kid and toys on the floor that could make people fall. I had to call from my vehicle asking for the tvs to be turned down. There was never pizza ready on the buffet and i was told they dont cook until so many cystomers are there but i was there during buffet hours. I saw customers allowed to bring their dogs in and eat from the plates and bowls. Staff argued with each other. Mgr was dressed inmodest and complaining about her staff. Salad bar was not clean and full, dirty bathroom, so I stopped going. I was harassed by an older guy previously worked there when I was trying to eat. Mgr was never available always in the back. Lettuce was old and some brown in it. It is totally changed around.I'm so happy it has new...
Read moreI regret to inform you that my recent experience at your establishment during July 4th weekend was disappointing. While I had a positive experience with a delivery order, the lunch buffet fell short of expectations. The pizzas appeared to have been sitting out for an extended period, and the food was lukewarm. As someone with experience in the pizza industry, I understand the importance of rotating pizzas every 20 minutes to ensure freshness. Unfortunately, I did not observe any rotation during the hour I was present, even after expressing concerns about the food's temperature.
Despite these issues, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of the service staff who promptly prepared a fresh pizza for us. However, it is essential to maintain a high standard of food quality and freshness to ensure customer satisfaction. I hope that these concerns can be addressed to improve the overall dining experience for future customers. The pizza buffet at Pizza Hut consistently offers piping hot options at a more affordable price point. While I appreciate the intention to support local businesses, the pricing and food quality at this establishment do not justify the premium. The individual with glasses exhibited a negative attitude throughout our discussion regarding the concerns we raised. It is important to note that we are not unreasonable or overly demanding customers. My wife possesses extensive experience as a food manager at several Casey's Pizza locations in northern Missouri, and I have held management positions overseeing multiple Pizza Hut chains in the Kansas City area, Based on our expertise, we observed that the thin crust pizza loses heat rapidly and should be rotated more frequently compared to pan pizza. The older blonde lady demonstrated exceptional customer service and played a crucial role in salvaging this review. As a personal recommendation, I suggest opting for a regular pizza instead of the buffet, as the quality of the pizza is commendable. However, it would be beneficial if they invested more effort in maintaining the buffet if they chose...
Read moreThere's so much great about this restaurant I ran out of room on the first post. They offer additional to go drinks in a cooler in addition to the fountain drinks now, and it makes sense they put those right by the check out. The lids for cups can be found now right by the buffet. Instead of stacks of unwashed plates yes previouslyi couldsee dishes stacked up in the back from thedoor, and everyone having a bad day and scurrying around and it feeling chaotic, the new owner has everything handled, no dishes stacked up. The salad bar previously I overheard someone say things were cut to save budget. But the new owner has green peppers, onions and bacon bits back on the salad bar now. I'm a Christian lady, not picky, never ask for anything, but after a while a person gets tired of a stressful restaurant and doesn't return. The new owner changed everything around. It is night and day difference that my mouth fell open when I walked in the door. I had to say something because it gets your attention. The floors are clean. Please give this place a try. It really is worth it. I feel like I am at home when I go there. They really try hard there and have done a lot there. It's not so dark with the new tables. It's not every day you find a great restaurant and staff that are great too. I'm privileged when I get to honor people that do their jobs well and have great attitudes. All of this can be seen without even looking. I pass up all the restaurants in 2 towns to go there and drive an hour out of my way to go there. It really is this good and worth it. Menu items or buffet, everything is really good there. It's always hard to leave. Please go give it a try and say thank you for all their hard work. I'm delighted my favorite restaurant is turned all around. I have never met nicer people in any restaurant in my life. Honest truth. Previous owner was very nice too. I'm just glad the new owner cleaned up the place. You really have...
