We are so glad we went with Janine's for our wedding flowers! Throughout the entire process Janine and her team were very available and flexible, easily incorporating all of my changes and answering all of my questions. I was so impressed at their ability to take my general flower vision and turn it into exactly what I didn't even know I wanted! I send Janine and her team a pinterest board of a number of arrangements I liked, let them know what types of arrangements I would need, and asked to stay seasonal and local. A dear friends father passed away over the weekend, sadly. I'm in St. Louis and wanted something other than flowers/plants to send. I found Janine's on a Google search and with the help of an employee found "stones" that they carry along with a beautiful concrete bench! The PERFECT GIFT! But then I found out she lives a bit outside their delivery area. I called and talked to Beth who was just the sweetest thing!! She could tell how much I wanted the bench and said she would make it happen for me!! A tiny delivery upcharge and an open ended delivery date to make it a bit easier on them too! Update 5/14/21: Janine's never gets it wrong for me! I'm continually blown away by the quality of the arrangements, ease of checkout, and speed of delivery. Can't recommend highly enough.

Update 4/27/23: Janine's goes above and beyond again! They called me personally to let me know they weren't happy with the quality of a shipment they received and asked if they could build me a custom bouquet using my recipient's favorite colors.
