Do not do business here you should go somewhere else down the road they have changed general managers now they are rude they hang up on their customers they don't listen to them then they say that their motor is blown when they drove it to their dealership. When you do make that big investment, you are hopeful that the company is being honest with you. I personally had to find out the hard way, that Sakelaris in Camdenton are dishonest, and misleading. After I had confronted them on their dishonesty, instead of truly fixing said problem they tried to pressure me into buying another vehicle from them. Over 18 months, my Dodge Journey was returned to me multiple times in worse condition than before — with loose bolts, stripped parts, and unsafe work. The dealership has now had my vehicle for 5 months straight, and it is essentially unusable because of their negligence. They have stripped out entire parts of the block and probably more it's hard to get information from them. Instead of refunding or fixing it, the General Manager laughed at my request and offered me basically nothing as trade-in value for the car they themselves broke and tried to get me to pay again in the form of a new car instead of making the issue right .
