We stayed at this park for 10 days... There are things that are really nice like the park is kept very clean and it was quiet... The things we didn't like overwhelm the good... First off the pool and jacuzzi... I have a medical condition that prevents me from getting soaking wet but I can float in the pool... I was immediately chastised for bringing a float to the pool despite the fact there were kids with toy floats everywhere... My two 16 year old teens were told to get out of the Jacuzzi because "state law" dictated they had to be 18.. State law says 14.. The next day, an employee walked up to the busy pool area and announced anyone under 14 wasn't allowed in the jacuzzi... We had him repeat it just to be sure... My kids went back into the Jacuzzi and the next day were screamed at about being in there... In addition, the laundry room did not have coin operated machines but rather you had to buy a card from the front desk... Since they don't arrive until 8am, and close at 6pm, it was not convenient to wait for them to open... An early morning plan to get laundry done before the days activities turned into a ruined half day because we had to wait for the office to open... then half the machines were out of order and the ones that did work were tiny and jet engine loud... If you're elderly, it is very inconvenient to hike the large hill or stairs to the office from the laundry room to get a card for the machines... I helped a woman with a walker because she came to the laundry room with coins only to be disappointed... Also, the morning we left, we had a credit on the washing machine card but because we left early, before the office opened, we could not get a refund. Additionally, there is no access to the showers or gym area after 10pm and before 6am.. and a long, steep hill to get to them, very inconvenient... There was also a rule that nobody under 18 could use the gym... My 16 year old sports playing son was really reliant on a gym while on vacation but he was not allowed in theirs...also, absolutely no shade in the park and relatively nothing in the park store. This park really stinks next to many we have stayed at.. All in all, this was not an...
Read morecalled in January to booked a stay for 3 rigs for 7 days. When we arrived in May, check in was easy and they take you to your site. That’s the good part. |The spaces are not completely level and they are small. The |Sites not being level may be for rain, not sure. It’s to bad they don’t have more pull thurs. The space behind us was pretty close and when there’s a trailer there you realize how close.||Our 2nd night they had an outdoor concert at the casino. I don’t know what kind of music it was suppose to be, but It started around 5-5:30pm and was so loud that when we were sitting outside with our friends we had a hard time having a conversation with each other. We went inside to eat dinner, and with our radio on and all of us talking, the music was still so loud it was vibrating our trailer. We had the door and windows closed and it was still extremely loud. All you could hear was a very very loud bass and someone screaming into a microphone. And it just keep going and getting louder. It didn’t end until 10:45pm! We were told we were lucky because some of the concerts last longer. It would have been nice if they had mentioned that when we were checking in that there was going to be a concert on Friday night and it may be loud. |When I checked the paperwork they had given us at check-in, it said quite time was 10pm to 8am. If I had been making as much noise at my campsite that was coming from the casino concert, they would have been at my door warning me about the noise rule!||Then at 7:00am there were planes flying over our trailer taking off from the airport next to the casino. Again, pretty annoying. |Then to top it off, the people in the space across from us and over one, we’re smoking pot marijuana on a very regular basis!! If we were sitting outside enjoying the evening and they came out to smoke again, all we could smell is marijuana!! And they came out A LOT!!|So be aware if you stay here for concerts, planes and people smoking...
Read moreIf you've never been here and are looking for a place to stay then stop searching and make the call. This place is unbelievable. It's so gorgeous and competitive on pricing that every space is often sold out. I've never seen an RV park like this one. They have concrete roads and spots (no flying dirt and dust). No strange drafting smells, no road noise, peaceful, clean, well taken care of. An armada of workers patrol this site keeping it clean, safe, and friendly. Food trucks with good quality options/prices is available at night. The front office has an outdoor white board with the schedule. The pool is heated and the hot tub is actually hot. The store options are limited on food but they do have nearly all emergency RV supplies on hand if something goes wrong with your setup. The showers are a big surprise- I will include pictures. Theres a doggy run and lots of good quality grass. Super pet friendly. The laundry room has more washers and dryers than you can shake a stick at. Beautiful sunset and sunrise view. Within a mile theres gas and a plethora of fast food options. A shuttle is available to the nearby casino. The resort uses tengo internet which offers many different plans to choose from: 1 up 1 down is free, 10 up 10 down is $5 day. Better rates available for longer stays but I think the speed maxed out at 10 up 10 down. We streamed netflix on the $5 option no problem. I will go out of my way in the future to stay here again. You will thoroughly enjoy the plants shrubs and trees. Download google lens and it will show you where they are from. I found plants native to Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. They have a clever underground watering system keeping everything green and well. Absolutely no stakes allowed in the ground as a result but trust me you won't need them for anything. Upon arrival you will get escorted to your spot. I recommend Roxanne if given the option. She is...
