Went in for Saturday night Prime Rib Buffet. Was an overall good experience!! Nitr a long line to get in, or in the buffet line. Good was good, with nice selection and good cut of prime being available. The best part was our server assist, Kaia!!!! She was polite, professional, quick to help out, and available when needed!! When deserts were at a minimum by selection, she was able to bring out several different choices. This was going above and beyond!! If you visit, I'm sure they are all nice, but I'd suggest you request to sit at Kaia's table. When we go back, I certainly will be asking to sit at one of her tables if she is there!! I may even call ahead to see if she is working.

Mountain Springs Buffet now only has buffet on Friday nights. Well, we come on Saturdays, so we got to try the new burger and soup menu. They already have a Johnny Rocket's, so the new menu really makes no sense. The food was not good, particularly when you were expecting a prime rib buffet. We watched 4 groups of people walk in and leave and the dining room is almost empty during prime dinner hours (6:30-7:30). This is a terrible idea of management to get rid of the buffet. We won't be back. Someone should be fired or, at least, reevaluated for this.

I recently had breakfast at mountain spring buffet, and it was fantastic! The buffet featured a variety of options, from fluffy pancakes and crispy bacon to made-to-order omelets filled with fresh ingredients. The pastries were fresh and buttery, and the coffee was strong and perfectly brewed. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, with friendly staff ensuring everything was top-notch. Whether you’re craving classic breakfast staples or something indulgent, this spot delivers. A perfect way to start the day before hitting the gaming floor!

THIS IS FOR MANAGEMENT and staff. My wife and I and a friend came in for burgers and brews on Saturday. This place used to have good food we were upset that they got rid of the buffet but we gave the burgers and brews a try and we were very upset with the food and how we were treated. We ordered and it took them 20 minutes to get our drinks to us which I had to say something to the waitress about. The waitress seemed like she didn't care or know what she was doing. The place was empty and it took they 35 minutes to get the food out to us and my wife's and my food was made wrong so I said something they took them back brought my sandwich back right but my wife's sandwich came back wrong again which we told the manager the first time what was wrong. It took them 20 more minutes to get my wife's sandwich back out and she got so mad she got up and walked out. So I told the waitress I wanted to talk to the manager and asked for a refill on my tea and she said ok. Another 20 minutes later I had to ask another waitress to get the manager and still no refill on my tea. Finally she came out I told her it's crap and she said she was sorry and she would comp my wifes food but not give us a discount on ours. I was tired of arguing so I agreed to pay for ours which they still charged me almost 50 dollars. While we where waiting for the manager we watched 3 other couples get up and walk out do to the same crap. One of the couples had been sitting there for 45 minutes after they ordered and finally gave up and walked out and went to Johnny Rockets which we ran into over there. The food was disgusting it tasted like reheater patties and had nasty burger sauce on them which we didn't ask for we were told the burgers came plane and you have to ask for the fixings which should have came automatic I mean it is a burger or at least on the side. The waitress was very unprofessional and so was management. I paid and I took my wife to JOHNNY ROCKETS just across the casino they where slammed busy and we got right in and out in less than 30 minutes and the food was amazing and the services was awesome. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE MOUNTAIN SPRINGS BUFFET. Save your self the time and headache just go to Johnny Rockets highly recommend them. I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant in my life till Mountain Springs Buffet. Just an all around crap experience. Please someone needs to go through the management at Mountain Springs Buffet. Need a...

Absolutely atrocious!!! For an $18 buffet dinner and to receive what I did was absolutely despicable. We went to their “Italian dinner buffet”. I personally didn’t eat from the salad bar but I’ll quote my mother, “The lettuce was filthy and very obviously not washed. The iceberg was gross and the spinach was on its last leg, I had to pick through it to find edible pieces. The toppings were okay but the dressings looked not great. The ranch looked the best, I’m sure because it’s used more.” Now onto the “pasta” The noodles when I opened the tin weren’t even cooked anymore they had been sitting out so long they had dried out. Same with the fettuccine noodles. I had asked the lady working if there was a way to make them fresh and showed the dried noodle to her. Which in turn she used tongs to just take the piece off my plate and say “no sorry”. The Alfredo sauce was nothing less than a bottle of Prego thrown into a dish. The spaghetti sauce was basically a paste it had been sitting out for so long. I opened the pan for the chicken parmesan and it was disgustingly dry and you couldn’t scrape it out of the bottom even if you wanted a piece. Now the Lasagna was quite literally stouffers oven lasagna. The meat was so processed it could’ve been from a chef boyardee can. The only way they made it look “fresh” was randomly chopped bell peppers and carrots scattered over the top. When I got over to the meat they cut for you I was grossed out but got a slice to see. It was a “herb crusted pork loin with bacon stuffing”, no herbs on top, let alone a crust of some, the pork itself was dry and GREY. When I tell you it looked GREY. I was done. I immediately got my money back from the staff for all four guests I had in my party. We went elsewhere and even recommended a family waiting to...

Edit: Since Mountain Springs started offering a Southwestern-Saturday buffet that is slightly more affordable than their overpriced Friday-Fish-Fry and Sunday-Brunch buffets, I'm willing to increase my rating from 1 to 5-stars. Hopefully they consider adding additional nights, as reviews clearly show that their customers prefer a buffet!!!.. The remainder of this post is the review I wrote after attending the first Friday buffet after their switch to mostly menu dining. I never attempted another Friday, so I don't know if their selection improved, though I do know that they further increased their prices since that first night:

"Unfortunately they've almost completely discontinued their buffet and are now only offering it on Fridays for $35, which is overpriced given their limited choices of mostly deep fat fried foods, weird tasting "prime rib", dried out crab legs, absolutely no fruit options, the only cooked vegetable option was some pea-like thing inside thick burnt fibrous pods, and the only dessert option was a choice between 50 identical slices of generic red cake.

What happened to this place? A year ago it was amazing before they replaced their wonderful selection of ever-changing themed foods with daily offerings of chicken nuggets, tater tots, and mac & cheese... And now this??? If y'all would just try adding one more buffet day on Taco-Tuesdays to bring us regular people into the casino, I'd happily change this to a 5-star review and return every week, but I don't think I can handle another Friday as I'm still broke and nauseated from...
