My experience I had with this location was absolutely horrible! First off, I went in to return a phone with a receipt which was purchased the same day and the worker said that he needed to contact the manager who was not working to get my refund approved . That took about 5 hours. I had the packaging and the receipt and everything and they said they wouldn't be able to do so and that I would have to call my credit card company to have them to refund me. This had nothing to do with my credit card company . The manager said if I would have paid cash then I could get refunded. I mentioned the metro promise which states a customer can get a full refund as long as the return is within 7 days & the return was the same day. I told him there was no where in the promise that stated getting a refund back depended on how you pay for products. He then claimed he didn't have access to refund purchases using a credit card. LIAR! Because he refunded me the refund after I told him I wasn't leaving and that what he was saying didn't make any sense at all. I will be checking my credit card account and calling my bank to make sure the refund actually did take place. Do not go to this location at all and as a matter of fact while I was there waiting there were three customers who came in with issues that they could not resolve, broken phones and other issues and they left pretty upset as well. ย ย ย Read moreI wanted to change from cricket to metro I first look online it tells me the promotions and I found that the bring your line and get service for 100 and it also had free phones was in the promotions I go to the store the person said I had to take and pay 250 for the phone service when on the website it clearly said I can pick from the 40 to the 60 then as a total it was almost 800 dollars I understand the fee and taxes but come on total I should have paid around 382 why 382 because we then go to another store and the person there said that the promotion on the site he can do he did all the same stuff for us and gave me 382 as a price but the store didn't have stock so we couldn't get the service but I thanked them for the Information and left of the owner of the Campbell wants to make sales without trying to have his employees doing something wrong he should be available I asked to talk to the owner the guy at store didn't want to call him...
ย ย ย Read moreThe worst experience I've ever had I paid my bill and 2 days later phone was off said I owed 138 the guy was so rude he handed me the phone and said here you can call customer servic. I thought that's also what they were working in the store to do was actually supposed to be better service in the store. So the girl on phone was so nice I explained the problem and she fixed everything an hour and half later my phone was back on and I owed nothing. But had the guy did it they charged a price for every single thing the girl on the phone just fixed bottom line horrible metro store I would never go there again I have more experience in my left toe than the hole store...
