I used to be a regular customer but stopped eating out due to the pandemic. I decided I was going to try them and see if I still liked their food, and I did although I got sick from eating cod fish (which is why I never order it but that's a body issue, not the store issue). My issue w the store now, customer service. I called and had a guy tell me to hold only to be placed on hold for 15 minutes (yes, 15 minutes before I finally hung up out of frustration). Tried to call multiple times after that, nobody answers. I drove there and went in, the guy (who placed me on hold indefinitely) takes my order wrong and I end up paying for fish that made me extremely sick, nvm the fact that I clearly paid for catfish and not cod. I've had several run ins with the owner of the store, never had a bad experience and super friendly! However, this whole experience was so frustrating that I just cant see myself going back even though I know it was mostly the customer service experience with the one guy who was working that day. If not eating there means I can avoid what felt like complete disregard for me as the customer, then so be it. Sad to say this now, I really used to love this place but the customer service experience in this case was just as important as the food. I'd go back if I knew for a fact I'd never get the guy I ordered my food with the last time. The date I went in was (1/24/2021) after 6pm, I don't know the guy's name who was working the register that night but if he's working, I'm not ordering.
(4/28/21) Went back twice since my earlier experience. Haven't ran back into the guy from my past experience & haven't gotten sick since then!! Love it, the food is so delicious and always fresh, never tasted "old"...
   Read moreSo I ordered food off Uber Eats and apparently the menu is different in the store than it is on Uber (according to the restaurant). There were items we didn't receive and drink brands and sizes, and amounts of items that were posted on Uber that were not honored. Uber said to take it up with the restaurant. I tried several times to get the restaurant to at least correct the order. đ They said I would have to take it up with Uber, accused the driver of switching out items and said it wasn't their fault. They then said come in to the restaurant to see the camera footage showing that they gave us the appropriate items... And ONLY the food items, as we could not have the 16 oz. Sprite or 16 oz Fruit punch we ordered (which they substituted with 12 oz. cans of DIET GRAPE FAYGO đđ). I am never ordering from them again, nor using...
   Read moreThis is a pretty good place if you like fish or chicken. They make it to order so that it's always fresh. I've never had any complaints with the food quality. Always been delicious. The inside's a little bit basic and a bit boring but it's not dirty or anything like that. Just looks a little outdated. Other than that, it's a really good place and I would recommend it. Last time I was there I got the fish sandwich with cod and it was fantastic. Really no complaints at all about the place. If there was anything I could say that they could do better it would only be to make the sandwiches just slightly bigger. If they were a little bit bigger they would match the price a little better or if they lowered the price a little it would be a little better but that's my only...
