Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Youngstown

Unbelievable! This store location is unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I ordered a pizza through the app for pickup but when I went to pick the pizza up, the employee said that it wasn’t at their location. This is so weird because I have my app and screenshot of the order details and it’s the correct address and everything so my pizza should be there. I tried to get a refund and they told me to come back the next day for it which again is weird and unfortunate for me. I haven’t gotten my refund and the customer service line never seems to answer so they are just as bad. I feel like those employees gave me order to someone else and lied about it which is just horrible. Whether they thought I was coming or not, you are never supposed to do that. You are supposed to wait til the customer comes or just refund the money if it’s too late because I get people are ready to go home. Nobody answers the phone. Went in nobody wait on you or says hello for a few min. I asked for a fresh pizza they insisted on hot and ready. I stated I didn't want that I wanted fresh out the oven. I also told them nobody answered the phone. They said I didn't hear it. I called 10 times its before 5pm. I wait they hand me a hot and ready pizza. So I ordered a pizza and my delivery time said 5:15-5:17. I got a text at 5:30 and said my pizza would be here at 5:46. When I clicked “track the status”, it took me to doordash website. No where on the little caesars app does it say they use door dash. If it did I would just pick up the pizza myself. I called the store to see why my pizza kept getting pushed back and all they kept saying was that I need to call doordash. The guy was nice I will say that but now my pizza is sitting there waiting for some random driver to pick it up and bring it to my house.
