Their return policy sucks! I bought a Toastmaster toaster oven and when I got home I got on the internet to check for an owner's manual on how to use it. But what I found was 25 reviews from all the individuals saying this product is dangerous and the unit explodes, sending glass shards everywhere. Also reports that it burns anything put into it and the handle falls off. After reading that and noticing that the handle on this thing had been glued back on, I had no intentions of plugging the thing up. I took it back to the mall, only to find out that the 24 hours I had to return it did me no good because as long as the product worked, I was stuck with it. Since nobody would budge and give me a refund, I walked away and told them they could do with it what they wanted because I wasn't keeping it. My advice to anyone is if you must take something back for a refund...make sure you fix it so it doesn't work, or else you'll waste your money like I did. Even if the person selling this product didn't know it was hazardous, under those circumstances I feel I should have gotten a refund and the toaster oven should not be sold to some other unsuspecting person. What ever happened to management working toward their customer's satisfaction? I...

We bought a twin size box spring from here got it home opened it up outside to take it in and guess what we found a bed bug!!! Alive, crawling right on it!!!! Called them ASAP and explained to them what happened and all I got was call back in 15 minutes I have to talk to the vendor! When I returned the call no answer 3 times so I called from a different phone got an answer the lady proceeded to say we don't offer refunds, only an exchange and the vendor said all mattresses and box springs are air tight so they don't know where it would have came from how it got there etc... Excuse after excuse to keep from refunding our money. But the thing is they're not sealed air tight they have breathing holes in the plastic so that was lie #1. Lie #2 was we've never had that problem before but they're were several mattresses there that had black substance that looked like mold little did I know beings I have never had or seen a bed bug til this day was that after googling bed bugs images I saw pictures of what wasn't mold but the feces and eggs that were laid on the other mattress and springs. So therefore with all that being said, the refusal of refunding, and for the sake of other customers I'm reporting them to the local health...

I'm so glad I can go to a place that gives no concern about the the instigative customers that they have go in that store. Especially the ever so kind blonde female that justifies it by saying, " that's everywhere you go" With a slight attitude. So glad i can go into your store and shop in peace and know that you are someone who only there for your paycheck and bare minimum. It's such a good feeling to know that you are no better then those people that cause issues for customers. ~When they cut you off to a place you were just about to go to and then continue to stay in your vicinity inside a big store with attitude.. it's intentional:) First time with such issues like this; ever think that maybe the reason people like that go in there and is, "everywhere you go". Because you vibe just like them? So yeah...
