Huddle House — Restaurant in Campbellsville

Made an order they messed up in order steak and omelet on my steak separate and we'll they made that it was awesomely great anyway I was happily satisfied even though it was misunderstood and they fast quick and delicious n respectful and kind ! The problem is the omelet was half the size I got normally the last one day before and they cook quit and hired one and they cook didn't go. It as the size it should have been I was not disappointed. It was like only 5 bites for me and gone it was pretty small I was not happy said I won't go back til I talk to the manger so maybe they'll fix it inside either they will I love extra 30 miles away just come her asnt paln in to go back and when I do hopefully that'll make it up to me for messing it up n make it the size it supposed to be not the size of an half size of a bread size. It should the sige of a bread or bigger it was so small I was still hungry I didn't get no toast or hash brown I didn't get that part I bought the whole meal I was supposed to have hash brown n toast I get the same item everyday til one cook quit .walked out then they got new cook he didn't do this omelet right ok up til that day it was perfect every morning I was getting the breakfast there til that new cook come in I was upset j disappointed I'm talking that manger to get my omelette n my steak I paid online with my debt card I never even got money back for what I order n paid over the phone . I just didn't think of it til now. I will go soon other then that they're clean fast friend quick loving caring sweet waitress n love the food !...

I will not go back to Huddle House. The service has been going down hill a while. Servers won't come back to the table once you have your order. That's been my experience anyway last few times. I have heard others say same also. Well after tonight, I won't be back. We go inside and it's so cold, you can't move cause your numb. A few people were complaining about the cold. Ok, we can deal with that. We wait a while to get waited on. We wait a while on our food as they were busy. Our server brings a salad and sits it down. We have no silverware. We wait a long time before a server even comes close. One did, it wasn't ours but I asked for silverware. About 15-20 min later, our food comes and still no silverware. Then our server acts like I was the bad guy asking for silverware and stating I had asked 15 min ago to not get any. She then brings 3 of everything and throws it on the table. Ok. They forget some of the order and have to flag her down to tell her. So we gotta wait for that and she brings that back then shes gone. We need refills, no server. I get up and ask who I assume was the manager, who wasn't friendly at all, and she tells the server we need her. She brings our drinks but isn't friendly at all. It's like we were not supposed to need something. The service was HORRIBLE! Tonight was the worse it's ever been. It's pretty bad you can't get silverware to eat when your food comes and having a server check on you is good too. Since new owners, this place has gone down and going down more...

Probably the worst service I've had in a restaurant. My drink was refilled once. We waited over 30 minutes for a refill, and had to wait until we finally stopped a server who was cleaning the table next to us to get another refill. On that time, our server saw our empty cups on multiple occasions. We even politely tried to ask for a refill as they walked by, but we seemed to be ignored. I decided to sip my empty drink loudly, so that it was clear it was empty, and needed to be refilled. Nothing got our servers attention. Instead, they walked past us, and rolled silverware.

I understand being a server can be hard. I used to be one. I didn't let my customers go thirty either. Also, when the sever did get our drinks, after we had to directly ask while she had to clean a table, she said "a refill on the mountain dew and water, right?" before we could even tell her what we wanted. At that point, it seemed pretty clear that they didn't forget, we were being deliberately ignored.

As for the food, it was okay. Standard breakfast fare. However, I was really disappointed with the fact that they only have Hunt's ketchup. Hunt's is the worst ketchup...
