Wings and Rings — Restaurant in Campbellsville

I ordered online and didn’t notice I was redirected to door dash. I went to Wings and Rings to pick up my food and they didn’t even receive my order. That part I acknowledge was not on them, but what happened next is. The bar tender took all of my information and reluctantly searched for my order. She said they did not have it and that was it. She didn’t offer to help me with the situation or contact door dash with me to see what could be done. The bar tender also did not offer to make the order to allow me to bring dinner home to my family. This bar tender has zero customer service and clearly does not care what happens to her customer. I contacted corporate who sent the information to the franchise owner. After emailing back and for the with the owner it seemed as though this was no big deal and it seems this bar tender will be allowed to do this to someone else. This is not the first time this bar tender has been rude as we were in the restaurant on another occasion and she was very rude then as well. I hope this employee is disciplined to the fullest as she clearly has no care for customer service. The worse part of this whole situation is that this WAS our whole family’s favorite wing place, but we will no longer give business to a restaurant that treats customers so poorly. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Steer clear of sitting at the bar or interacting with the bar tender if you ever choose to eat here. While I wait for a manager to give me a call back, as they’re in a meeting, I thought I’d take the time to write a review as well! The main point I want to drive is the service! Phenomenal! Our waitress, a cute young girl, Kami, was our server and bless her! She’s absolutely amazing! I had ordered a MVP with fries and a Cesar salad. I specifically asked for the salad to be brought out first, before everything else. Which I’ve come to find is a hard request to understand in today’s service industry. That salad was out so fast! Amazing on timing! As soon as I finished, she was right there to clear the plate and make sure I was filled on my drink. I didn’t have to wait long for my entree to arrive either. It was warm and the fries, ugh! chefs kiss she checked in on us not too much but not so little to where we were wondering where she was and hunting for her. She checked in a perfect amount of times. Enough to make sure we were all settled and ok but not to bother us or leave us wondering where she was. She was also quick to get us the check and cash us out. I’ve been to some places waiting 10-15 minutes for the server to come back for our cards. Annoying. But, not this time! I was pleasantly surprised! Seeing what the service industry is now a days, I was so happy to finally have had a pleasurable dining experience with amazing food. First time visiting at 3:45pm was seated right away. My Server Lindsey was very attentive. I was getting familiar with the Menu & mentioned GF is what I was looking for. She said GF is in green next to items--very helpful. I still was not sure what spices might be in the chili that may not really be GF so she asked the Kitchen Manager Amber, who kindly came over and actually helped me make choice that she modified for me. It was Salmon minus the bread ( its a sandwich) with spring mix and brocolli on the side. I appreciated that they made the effort to accommodate me, without me asking. Very kind to me. The Salmon was delicious, the portion size was large, the spring mix was fresh and crispy. The brocolli was cooked perfect and very large portion. It went beyond my expectations. Even the manager asked if our food tasted good. Very kind & professional. You pay the server directly, there is no registers which is nice there is no waiting in line to check out. I would recommend you trying this out between 2pm & 4pm when its not as busy because the food is really good and expect that they will be busy for Lunch & Dinner. This is the first time I have been in an American Style Restaurant in a while, i will be back. They had a lot of TVs so I think its a great place during Sport Events.
