EXCELLENT SALES, I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THE STAFF IS AND THE MANAGER. I ASKED FOR HER HELP AND OPINIONS AND SHE TOOK TIME OUT ON A BUSY SATURDAY TO ASSIST ME WHILE MULTI TASKING AND WATCHING THE FLOOR. I THOUGHT THEY WERE A BIT PRICY (CLEARANCE IS EXCELLENT THOUGH) ON SHOES. BACKPACKS ARE AS SHE SAID, "CHEAPER THAN WAL MART" AND I'LL ADD THE QUALITY IS MUCH BETTER TOO. ALTHOUGH I COULD ORDER SHOES AND SAVE $20, I WILL LIKELY PAY THE EXTRA AND RETURN TO THIS STORE IN THE FUTURE. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, I CAN CHECK OUT SALE ITEMS, AND HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN THE PRODUCTS BASED UPON MY EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE. Read moreThey ordered the wrong shoes yet charge double again for shipping and handling. They also charge twice THEN refund the previous charge days later. Overall, spent more on the shoes then they originally cost everywhere else even when they were on sale here. Didn't get them when we wanted them. Not worth the hassle. The last two times I've shopped here were also a disaster. I'm all for supporting local shops but not when it's a runaround and overspending. 🫤
You should at least not charge shipping and handling again when it's an error on your end. And don't charge for the shoes again either. Take the shoes back, order the right ones. Especially when it's not the customers fault. Bad business return & exchange policy.

Read moreI went in to do a warranty exchange this store clerk acted like I was there to rip them off. Told me that it looked like normal ware. So he told me he would have to call his manger. So he proceeded to take pictures of my shoes and send them to the manager. They don’t put names on the receipt that I got back but his cashier number is (129211) very rude if you don’t take him out you sure will lose customers for sure!!!
