I was told three separate times I would be able to preorder product with this location in store but their story changes every time. My wife was told we would be able to preorder on a specific day, I come that day, the product is not available for pre order. I check back, a professional from another store tells me that their social media page will announce when Gamestop is allowing pre order instores and online. I see the post from the social media page, I travel to Gamestop, associate tells me that Gamestop is no longer doing the instore preorder and that it will only be available online now which is hilarious because the website is down. Read moreI've been going to see Colton and his crew for many years. They know me by name. And i was shocked when i call up there they know me by voice. They are always helpful curtious professional and informative. They know and took the time to find out each person in my family's gaming interest and know what games to inform each one of us about. They also have made sure to ask if purchases was for one of my boys birthday, and made sure they didn't see the item discreetly because my 9 year old who was at the time 8 was with me.
