I made a good review like most of you due to a chance at winning my money back for my daughters dress. The young ladies that work their are amazing. They were all very kind and treated both me and my daughter great. At first the owner was also very friendly until the dress my daughter fell in love with was out of the $500 price limit I had set. She made comments to the young ladies and myself for allowing my child to try on the dress. Once she realized we wouldn’t be purchasing the dress she walked away and no one even attempted to have my daughter to try on anymore dresses. I explained that I would need to discuss it with my child’s father and we may be back to purchase the dress. She informed me that it more than likely wouldn’t be there. 2 days later I called over the phone to purchase the dress. A week later I see a Facebook post claiming free jewelry with the purchase of a dress and 1/2 price with a layaway. We were never shown or told about any jewelry so I messaged the owner to see if maybe my daughter could still get her free jewelry since we purchased such an expensive dress. I was told the jewelry is half off not free and that was only a January special. I was then informed that she tells everyone about the half price jewelry and that she handles every customer so she knew she would have told me about it. This irritated me since she was calling me a liar. She then deleted the free jewelry posts off of social media but not before I had screenshot the post. Most may think I am mad over a piece of jewelry but that’s not it at all. My daughter and I were judged and made to feel like we weren’t important because of a $100 difference in a dress. I will absolutely not be back to this store after being treated the way we were. I hope those young ladies that work there don’t get treated negatively by her because they are definitely the only reason that store is...

Oh my Word! My daughter had the BEST prom shopping experience EVER! After shopping all over Nashville we made the drive. From the first contact made via Facebook messenger it was a GREAT experience! The owner, I am terrible I did not catch her name and she was fabulous! Her team Rily and Reagan were absolutely amazing. We loved that there was a scheduled time to be there. We loved that they let her look and start with her choices and then they pulled dresses of their choice for her to try on. She actually would have never picked the dress off the rack that we ended up buying. They listened to what she liked and didn't like about each dress/jumpsuit she tried on and made selections based on that input. My daughters and I were greeted at the door by Brandy. She automatically made us feel welcomed and explained the whole experience to us. They knew a head of the appointment that our daughter is autistic and Brandy listened to everything our daughter was looking for and wanted in a dress. , We tried on everyone that was pulled and they made sure to see what she liked and didn't like about the dress to help make her experience the best possible. Before pulling dresses they even made sure that style wasn't already sold for her school so no oops their wearing the same dress!!
