Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Campbellsville

Allow me to say I work at a papa johns. The one in Richmond which is by far busier than this papa johns. Not only was I told I had to pay immediatley placing the order in carry out. Which is complete crock. My wallet was elsewhere. Also the screen was completely clear. Meaning they had no orders currently being made. With 4 to 5 workers in store I placed my order and sat and watched as no one worked on it for 10 minutes. That is just completely unacceptable to not only regular standards but also to papa johns standards. I waited 25 min for what should've been a 7 minute transaction from being made to being cut. I hope higher management realizes how slow this store is and attempts to fix this issue. Also allowing stuff to pile up on the oven as I saw is not acceptable. I am very disappointed to say I work for the same brand name...

My pain is going to be a little bit by a snake cuz I work there for 2 years as a delivery driver now for my own personal experience when I was there we make sure the job was done right yes the food was a little bit high cost to an extent but we needed that high cost to be able to pay for our drivers but the dining experience is just as good as any other Papa John's if not a little bit better are brother tries to make sure that things work to the best of their ability sometimes it gets stressful there on some of the employees because they are short-handed and could use a little bit more with customer relations but everybody who works there tries to do do the best of their job to the best of their ability...

Stop by every two weeks on our way to Columbia, KY. NEVER had a bad experience in over 3 months now. Friendly and competent service from staff that go above and beyond to assure that we have everything we ask for, or need, for an enjoyable pick up and go pizza meal. So far to date, our experience there has been superior to any that I can ever remember in Louisville, where we live. The small town atmosphere there makes us feel welcome and right at home. Everytime we pass through town, we make a beeline straight to Papa Johns in Campbellsville first thing, for an enjoyable experience and better Papa Johns pizza than we ever expected. It has truly been our pleasure to have been served by you. See...
