A++ Customer Service! My son spilled a large glass of milk onto my wife's MacBook, which consequently resulted in an inability to power it on. My wife was quoted $45 to both clean it and to provide a diagnosis for the issue before moving forward on any additional work. I must confess I was initially dissatisfied when the technician revealed he was not confident as to what the underlying issue was, but he suggested replacing the logic board which including labor totaled approx $700.... But, I was even more annoyed to discover no cleaning of any kind had actually even been completed. Thankfully, I was able to repair the issue myself by simply cleaning the logic board. Upon contacting PC Solutions with this information, the lady my wife spoke with provided a full refund.
