Honestly I go here all the time. I gave this place all stars before.Now I think imma look else where. Nice people but the manager and the owner does not have communication. If the owner says one thing.The manager (sky) will completely disregard it! Went there today for the millionth time before my lunch brake ended around 11:50. Me and the owner have spoken about this a couple months ago and he said bring the receipt. The manager completely tells me “that’s not how it works” I said well don’t you think if the owner said it then it should go. She says I’m the manager and not when I’m behind the register. Not doing favoritism. Well you know what it’s not favoritism if the owner told me something. The owner doesn’t need to tell me one thing and the manager tells me another. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars cause I’ve only had this issue twice. And there all nice. But again I shouldn’t get told something and...

Was told when bought vape that I could either buy tank with coal in it or 7.99 or just coal for 6.99 also told the girl I needed one to be able to go in my pocket n don't leak n was told the one I got was best for being a pocket vape with no leaks then go back to get two tanks with coal in it and was told they don't come that way and told that I had to buy separately and also the reason it leaks is bc it's in my pocket I will never go back...

Been in there 4 times. (Only bc I was already at the station next door) And every time they would tell me how they couldnt help me. No matter the reason that brought me there, they would immediately start telling me how they couldn't help me. All of the other smoke shops have ended up helping me. I wont go back. Even tho its convenient sometimes....
