Easley Steakhouse — Restaurant in Canton

The service we got was not good subpar at best! Said she would bring napkins in took at least 10 minutes to do that. I had a sirloin steak(that was amazing), fried okra(amazing), fried squash (over cooked) My husband had the New York Strip(was over cooked and had lots of grisle not a good cook of meat at all), fried okra(amazing), baked potato (was good just need more toppings) For a starter we had fried mushrooms (they were amazing) Now for the real problem, we got our check and noticed the prices were different than they were on the menu. We ask why our steaks were $2 more than what was priced. We ask our waitress about it and she brought this 8.5 X 11 picture frame that had a paragraph in it explaining the upcharge. This was on the hostess table. An this was the only place the print out was. In my opinion they should either 1 update there menu prices, #2 put a note on said menu notifying the customer of the price change or #3 put notes on each table notifying the customer of the up charge. #4 When ordering steaks the waitress should notify the customer of the upcharge. Instead we find out when given the check after our food has already been ordered and eaten. We weren't the only ones in the restaurant that voiced there concern about this change in price. GREAT steak because you know you are eating locally raised beef that has not been fed or injected with anything! Count on your steak to be cooked to perfection every time! The Ribeye is tender and juicy with every bite! They now serve beer! Service is great with a fair price to boot! Seniya is my favorite waitress!! Don't forget their wonderful fresh selection of deserts! As for anyone leaving a ⭐ or ⭐⭐ star review for this restaurant needs to stay in their big city and not bring your city drama to the country! Stick with Applebee's or your husband's home cookn so we don't have to wait in line longer at this one! We eat at this establishment 2 to 3 times a month. Usually, our bill is close to 200 dollars. I usually give Easleys 4 stars. We visited last night. Sad to say our group was very disappointed in our waitress.. we arrived at approximately 6: 20 and were promptly seated. There were 5 or 6 tables with dinners, already eating. . Approximately 5 min pass before our waitress appeared. And took our drink order. She returned and the drink order was incorrect. After 5 more min she brings the order back. We were at that time ready to order but she left. We saw her seat 3 more tables. She took there drink orders, filled them, and took their food orders. After 5 more min she came back then took our order. After 10 min. She served the three tables that came after us. We asked for our salads. 10 min later we asked again. No salads. Nothing.
