AT&T Business Mobile Review – Extremely Disappointed Signing up with AT&T Business Mobile in May 2025 has been one of the worst business decisions I’ve made. I was quoted that my bill would be under $200 per month, but not once has that been the case—every bill has been significantly higher. The promotions I was promised don’t exist on my account, and none of the credits (port-in or trade-in) that were supposed to be applied have ever shown up.
AT&T also somehow managed to assign two numbers to the same phone—the business owner’s phone—tying it to a lower-level employee’s number. That is completely unacceptable.
Insurance was set up wrong on the account, which only became obvious when I actually needed to use it in July. Filing a claim was a complete disaster. It took over a month, three failed attempts, and an extra $275 out of pocket before I finally got a replacement phone.
The rep who convinced us to switch to AT&T disappeared two months later, claiming she had “handed off” my account to the store manager. Not only was that not true, but the entire staff at that location was fired. The one person left didn’t even know how to access my account correctly.
Since then, I’ve been bounced from one useless contact to another. A new business rep tried to help, but at the end of the day nothing was actually fixed. I was told to call the “Office of the President,” given a dead-end number that required an extension with no other options. Then I was handed a “loyalty” number that turned out to be inactive. When I pointed that out, I was told to just call regular business customer service and “ask for loyalty”—which only led to people talking over me and trying to justify the broken bill instead of actually resolving the mess.
AT&T Business has shown me nothing but incompetence, broken promises, and blatant disregard for their customers. The billing is dishonest, the credits are nonexistent, and the support is a revolving door of excuses. I would strongly caution any business considering switching to AT&T—don’t make the same...

She was amazing and helped me tremendously! However, the work that was provided by the two individuals located at the Canyon store, Damascus and Tyler, I can’t say how much I appreciate the time (over 2 hours) they spent helping resolve a problem!
