Employees of this store was friendly and greeted all who entered the store. Mark(?), employee, who helped granddaughter took his time to explain options on new phone. Explained the different features, values and trade options with plan already in place. Worked with granddaughter in transferring all her contacts and other info from old phone to new phone. Took some time to transfer and download everything which allowed us to take care of some other things. Came back young lady that helped continue diwnload with granddaughter was through on explanation of phone exchanges and transferring of info and being very patient while all was checked on new phone from old phone. I was told when I got this account years ago that I had unlimited hotspot on my phone. I recently received a message saying I’ve used up my hotspot (something I’ve never seen, so something was changed with out me knowing). I went to the T-Mobile location in Canyon, TX and the two gentleman at the location did not care to help. “Sorry, that’s just what it is…” and then both focused their attention on the one other customer. Walked into the T-mobile store on Oct.17th at approx 5:45pm. And wanted to upgrade our Iphones to the new 17's. The man said were all out, and I said that's fine you can order them. He proceeded to tell me that they've never had any 17pro max's. I advised him my friends were there last week and you ordered them and transferred their info for them.
