Subway — Restaurant in Canyon

I went to this subway for a good salad and to utilize the drive thru, as I have 4 children I didn't want to get out of the car for 1 salad. I ordered my salad pulled up to the window, and was not greeted. Sat for literally 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. That didnt even bother me, they looked busy.....20 minutes, and the the guy opens the window, hands me my bag, tells me my total (no thank you, hi..just "it's $x") and I pay. I get to my destination, open the bag and the salad is about a 1/4 of the size they normally are. Their salads are generally a good size, but this one was so small. I paid over 9$ for a ridiculously small salad. Equivalent to a SIDE salad at a burger restaurant (add chicken and bacon). I have pictures but don't see an option to include pictures in this post. Needless to say, I won't be using that subway again. I'll go to McDonald's for a decent salad...they have a chicken bacon salad that is just as decent and larger, yet cheaper than the salad I...

Location is filthy. Only two employees, the young boy was very rude and nasty. Order avocado, didnt get it. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and got no bacon on it!!!!! Went back inside to have my order fixed. He grabbed both subs and threw them in the trash all hard. Then didnt wash his hands. Tried to put the gloves on but couldn’t. Ripped one of them took it off threw it on the floor then threw the box of gloves on the floor since he was out of them. Kicked the box on the floor. Got mad at the young lady when she was trying to help, I just had enough so I asked for my money back. Couldn’t believe it!!! The young lady was polite. The young boy shouldn’t be working here anymore. Based on these reviews already, he needs to be let go and who ever is the manager, obviously needs to be replaced as well. Lead by example. Okay place and usually nice staff but the mamanger seemed to lose patience with the person he was training a couple times. I didn’t mind waiting, there’s no rush. Also whenever I Order a pepperoni sub they usually only put one line of pepperoni instead of two like the other ones. Rest of the time the staff is really nice. I had a bad experience when I asked for more pepperoni and the cashier got incredibly rude and snapped at me and berated me despite me being polite. (I was going to pay for extra meat if I had to I don’t know why he assumed I wouldn’t). Because of this encounter and how terrible they put sandwiches together I go out of my way to avoid this location now. Again all of the other staff is usually incredibly nice.
